The whole adventure begun with this collaboration. Before Christmas 2010 I posted a call on YouTube, asking musicians to join me on a collaborative christmas song. I absolutely didn't know if this was going to work: Would I receive any answers? I was hoping for just a few but ended up with more than 30 participants - and every single one of them made it into the final version! It was a crazy editing, sound- and video-wise. First I recorded a demo song, sent it out to everyone and had them improvise to it. I also asked for lyrics and then mixed up the lines I liked the most. Once the lyrics were finished I'd send several lines to different singers, letting them know which part and melody they should sing. In the last step I lined everything up and created the final  arrangement, letting the instruments build up in an interesting way.
